In November of every year we have elections for club officers for the club for the following years, which are announced at the Christmas Party in December. The found club officer positions (and therefore Board Members) are President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.

However, in November 2022, no-one stepped-up to become President, and so far in 2023 no-one has yet volunteered.

This puts us in a bind: our bylaws require that we have four (4) Board Members to operate the club. And we can’t make any major decisions without all four (4) members.

In order to facilitate a volunteer stepping forward, we’ve written a job description so that anyone interested can see that the job is pretty straight-forward and not a huge time sink.
